Loan Vision is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead the successful delivery, execution, and scaling of Loan Vision accounting system implementations for financial institution clients. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across the implementation lifecycle, from post-sale handoff through go-live and post-deployment stabilization. The Director of Implementation works closely with executive leadership, internal deployment teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high degree of accounting accuracy and client confidence. This role owns implementation quality, operational discipline, client experience, and team performance while driving continuous improvement across people, process, and delivery standards.

Skills:

• Experience in the mortgage banking industry (required)

• Experience in software or financial systems implementation.

• 7+ years of direct experience in the mortgage banking industry or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of direct experience in Loan Vision/Microsoft Business Central or equivalent experience

• Microsoft Dynamics Certified or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

Implementation Strategy & Delivery Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery of all Loan Vision implementations, including new customer onboarding and new-to-existing projects.

• Establish and enforce implementation standards, methodologies, and governance.

• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations and ensure consistent delivery quality.

• Serve as the first escalation point for high-risk clients or delivery challenges.

• Ensure accurate configuration, data conversion, and validation.

Accounting & Loan Vision Subject Matter Leadership

• Serve as senior subject matter expert for Loan Vision implementations.

• Ensure correct configuration of Chart of Accounts, GL structures, and data migrations.

Team Leadership & Development

• Directly manage and develop a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Coordinators.

• Set clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability for direct reports.• Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement across the team

Operational & Financial Oversight

• Drive process improvements across implementation workflows.

• Oversee forecasting, utilization, and delivery efficiency.

Experience:

• Experience in the mortgage banking industry (required)

• Experience in software or financial systems implementation.

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.

• Strong understanding of accounting workflows; mortgage accounting preferred.

• Proven leadership experience.

• Ability to lead department/company initiatives.

• Expert knowledge of Loan Vision front-end functionality (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to conduct system/process audits and advise customers on ways to maximize system utilization.
