We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Director of Marketing with a robust digital marketing background to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and enhance Loan Vision’s market presence. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools will be crucial in creating targeted campaigns that attract and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Experience in the banking or financial services industry will be a significant advantage, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the Annual Marketing Plan as it relates to Demand Generation growth strategy across all four marketing channels.
  • Manage the Marketing Team staff in respect to goal setting initiatives, departmental education, and marketing budget/platforms.
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns leveraging multiple (Digital, Customer, Partner & Account Based Marketing) channels to generate N2N & N2E sales opportunities
    • All N2N & N2E automations
    • All IMB TOFU, MOFU, BOFU automations
  • Manage demand generation budgets and forecasts using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
    • Create goals for year surrounding MQLs, SQLs, and CW
    • Ensure marketing lead goal is met
    • Deliver monthly business reviews to GTM team to ensure goals are on track to be met (9/12 months)
    • Ensure marketing ARR goal is met
  • Align efforts with the sales team driving revenue through the creation and execution of ongoing and simultaneous marketing campaigns including but not limited to webinars, case studies etc.
  • Manage quarterly and annual reporting respective to demand generation performance, search engine optimization and organic traffic growth.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably within the SaaS or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with the marketing automation & CRM functions of Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage banking and banking industry is a plus.
Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
