Description

The Vice President, Product Management & Strategic Partnerships is a senior executive role responsible for shaping and advancing Loan Vision’s long term product vision, enterprise level strategy, and strategic partnership ecosystem. This role owns the why and where of product direction; translating market opportunity, customer insight, and emerging technology into a compelling, forward looking roadmap for the organization.

Skills:
  • Demonstrated success leading SaaS or enterprise software products, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, financial systems, or mortgage technology.
  • Proven experience owning AI driven or platform level product initiatives.Strong expertise in product lifecycle management and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive level collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership

  • Set and own Loan Vision’s long term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence and intelligent automation.
  • Serve as executive owner of Loan Vision’s AI driven product strategy, including LV Luna and future AI enabled capabilities that transform how users interact with the platform.
  • Oversee the entire product portfolio, including core product enhancements, AI initiatives, new product development, launches, adoption, and end to end lifecycle management.
  • Define and evaluate value creation for new products and AI investments, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunity, and long term competitive positioning.
  • Maintain and communicate an integrated product, technology, partner, and AI roadmap, ensuring alignment between traditional product delivery and emerging AI first experiences.

Product Development & Lifecycle Leadership

  • Provide executive leadership across all phases of the product lifecycle, including ideation, backlog strategy, release planning, launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
  • Ensure emerging initiatives, including AI enabled capabilities such as LV Luna, are thoughtfully integrated into core product workflows and customer use cases.
  • Oversee product quality, stability, and performance through disciplined prioritization of enhancements, defect remediation, and technical improvements.
  • Balance near term execution commitments with long range strategic investments, ensuring sustainable product evolution.
  • Guide product decisions leveraging experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent ERP based platforms.

Leadership & Organizational Oversight

  • Serve as the executive leader of Product Management within the Product & Development organization.
  • Operate as a peer partner to the Director of Development & IT, aligning product strategy with technical execution, architecture, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing Product Management team, including direct oversight of Loan Vision’s Product Owner function.
  • Establish and refine planning, prioritization, and delivery methodologies to improve execution efficiency and cross functional collaboration.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across product and development teams.

Strategic Partnerships & Growth Initiatives

  • Own and lead the enterprise Buy, Build, Partner strategy, including evaluation of strategic partnerships, integrations, and potential M&A opportunities.
  • Develop, manage, and grow key third party partnerships that materially enhance product capabilities and ecosystem value.
  • Oversee partner roadmaps and ensure alignment with Loan Vision’s product and AI strategy.
  • Represent Loan Vision in executive level partner relationships, holding partners accountable to delivery commitments, roadmap alignment, and ongoing innovation.

Governance & Executive Alignment

  • Own and lead the Loan Vision Development Governance Committee, driving prioritization, sequencing, and approval of product initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align product investments with business priorities and financial objectives.
  • Translate company level strategy into clear, executable product initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Customer, Market & Industry Insight

  • Serve as an executive voice of the customer across the organization.
  • Synthesize customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights into actionable product direction.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive positioning to inform roadmap decisions.

Advisory Boards & Industry Engagement

  • Own and lead the Product Advisory Board, ensuring direct customer input informs strategic product decisions.
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership in support of the Executive Advisory Board.
  • Provide executive leadership for product innovation strategy at the Loan Vision Innovation Conference (LVIC), including AI and innovation themes.

Financial & Resource Planning

  • Own the Product organization’s annual budget and investment planning.
  • Lead strategic resource planning to support current execution and future growth.
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team on headcount planning, hiring strategy, and capital investment decisions.

Experience:
  • 10+ years of progressive product leadership experience, including senior level responsibility for portfolio strategy and execution.
Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
